How it started…
In the Fall of 2018 I started working at a small used car dealership. At the time we had no marketing and about 70 cars on the lot. Over the next 6 months we grew inventory by 225% and sold over $2.1 million. At this point I realized the business opportunity here and took off to start my own dealership once I turned 21 in February.
After officially getting my license in April, I become the first digital car dealership owner in Tuscaloosa. My first week I did $33,500 in sales, selling a 2016 Mercedes C300 and a 2010 Hyundai Genesis.
Since then I have done nearly $170,000 in sales, but that was mostly during the summer. Unfortunately with school I can’t put a lot of time into it and it costs a lot of money every month to continue. So I decided to close my dealership at the start of 2020.
